The training is very interactive and responds to individual concerns and needs. It includes live workshops, self-organised learning sessions and collaborative practice. You have the possibility to approach and talk to the trainer between workshops and beyond - not only by email or chat, but by phone or video/audio conferencing. The course was developed out of the passion for work in a virtual environment - and you can experience it.

How is the training designed?

On four dates within two weeks there will be interactive live-workshops of three hours each in a group of maximum eight participants. Between the trainings: Exchange and exercise in small learning groups or tandems.

During the training and beyond, the trainer is also available for individual questions spontaneously during normal office hours via phone or on the "Discord" platform. Fixed, individual appointments can also be arranged.

In general, the focus and the depth of detail of the topics can be adapted depending on the group composition and the previous knowledge of the participants.

Complementary to Martin and his external clients, Henning has worked 10 years mostly as internal consultant and process facilitator. He was directly involved in further developing the framework for a company rapidly growing from 100 employees in 3 locations on 1 continent to 600+ employees in 15 locations on 4 continents.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, his work focussed very early on developing a coherent, helpful organisational culture in a physically dispersed company, leading his focus to the full scale and potential of remote collaboration. As Head of Corporate Development he accompanied and implemented numerous projects from the highest management levels to everyday tasks, allowing him detailed insights into all relevant aspects of structuring, designing and managing an organisation.

After a decade in this line of work, he is setting sails to support other organisations develop their culture in a hybrid environment.
