What distinguishes the training

Unlike other facilitation trainings, we fully integrate virtual and hybrid settings into every aspect we touch. The course was developed out of the passion for (virtual) facilitation - and you can experience it.

The training is very interactive and responds to individual concerns and needs. It includes live workshops, facilitation simulation exercises, self-organised learning sessions, and collaborative practiceYou have the possibility to approach and talk to the trainer easily between workshops
- even after the course is complete.

How the training is designed

On 6 dates there will be interactive live-workshops of 4 hours each in a group of maximum 8 participants. There are also occasions between the workshops to try out your methods in self-organised virtual learning groups.

Prior to the training, you can have a 1h individual talk with the trainer. The trainer is also available for an individual 2h meeting towards the end or after the training to give you feedback, answer your personal questions and deepen aspects you are particularly interested in.

During the training - and beyond - the trainer is available for individual questions. Participants can approach him spontaneously during common office hours via phone, Signal, WhatsApp, in our virtual office on Discord or arrange fixed appointments.

The focus and the depth of detail of the topics covered in this training can be adapted depending on the group composition and the previous knowledge of the participants.

Martin Reinfeldt is a certified systemic organisational consultant, trainer, facilitator and graduate in public administration with 21 years of professional experience, including 6 years in Benin and Tunisia. Since 2014 he has been working as an independent consultant with a focus on consulting, facilitation and training. Having traveled the world for his clients for many years, he increasingly focussed on remote team collaboration and virtual facilitation, resulting in a complete shift towards being an entirely virtual & hybrid facilitator for workshops and team processes.

Martin has carried out numerous assignments in international cooperation, the public sector and the private sector, quickly understanding the particularities of each work context as well as group dynamics. Among his workshop attendees were ministers, high-level managers, generals, ambassadors, a UN Undersecretary General - and several babies (together with their parents).

He appreciates interactive and agile methods when facilitating, while always building onto the 'form-follows-function' principle. In his trainings, he focusses on aspects that have a high relevance and have proven to be particularly effective in group facilitation.
