What distinguishes the training?

The training is very interactive and responds to individual concerns and needs. It includes live workshops, self-organised learning sessions and collaborative practice. You have the possibility to approach and talk to the trainer between workshops and beyond - not only by email or chat, but by phone or video/audio conferencing. The course was developed out of the passion for virtual facilitation - and you can experience it.

How is the training designed?

On two dates there will be interactive live-workshops of four and a half hours each in a group of maximum eight participants. There is also an occasion (between the workshops) to try out your methods in your self-organised virtual learning group.

During the training - and beyond - the trainer is available for individual questions. Participants can approach him spontaneously during common office hours via phone / on the "Discord" platform or arrange fixed appointments.

In general, the focus and the depth of detail of the topics can be adapted depending on the group composition and the previous knowledge of the participants.

Your trainer:

Martin Reinfeldt is a certified organisational development consultant, trainer, facilitator and graduate in public administration with 20 years of professional experience, including 6 years in Benin and Tunisia. Since 2014 he has been working as an independent consultant in organisational development with a focus on consulting, facilitation and training. He increasingly focussed on remote team collaboration and virtual facilitation, resulting in a complete and definitive shift towards being an entirely virtual facilitator for workshops and team processes.

Martin has carried out numerous assignments in international cooperation, the public sector in Germany and the private sector, demonstrating his ability to quickly grasp the essentials and understand the dynamics and particularities of each work context as well as team dynamics.

Since a transition period at a Berlin-based start-up in 2007 and getting first hand insights into the working style of various digital pioneers, he has been familiar with agile and remote principles, integrating them into his and his clients’ daily work.
