This workshop serves to strengthen the RIC Team's foundations. Building upon the topics covered in Module 2, concrete actions for successful RIC teamwork are jointly formulated using a structured framework.

By the end of the workshop, the team has defined its Way of Working (WoW). The RIC Team Charter is a living document that will serve as a team compass moving forward. Zena and Martin will deliver the workshop jointly.
