Martin Reinfeldt is a certified organisational development consultant, trainer, facilitator and graduate in public administration with 22 years of professional experience, including 6 years in Benin and Tunisia. Since 2014 he has been working as an independent consultant in organisational development with a focus on consulting, facilitation and training. He increasingly focussed on remote team collaboration and virtual facilitation, resulting in a complete and definitive shift towards being an entirely virtual facilitator for workshops and team processes.

The first time Martin got in touch with dedicated feedback techniques was in 2010: An external consultant blew his mind by the way she gave a clear and open feedback to the team he was working in, addressing highly sensitive issues whithout 'loosing' or upsetting anyone in the team. In this moment, his feedback journey began. In 2016 it was then him introducing feedback mechanisms to a client's team. Since then he has given several trainings on feedback and also facilitated various sessions in which team members give structured feedback to their team leaders. His clients value his empathic way of engaging with other people, even when the subjects  or circumstances are not easy.
