This workshop is a door opener for the entire RIC team optimization process. Focused on virtual / hybrid space, topics such as communication, feedback, decision-making, and dealing with conflicts are examined through the lens of intercultural considerations.
By the end of the workshop, participants know the cultural dimensions that affect their team work and develop solutions for their Way of Working (WoW) which will be fleshed out in more detail during the team and leadership coaching. Zena and Martin will deliver the training jointly.
